1. How can I take the single course exam? What are the conditions?
To be eligible for the single course exam, a student must have failed no more than one course. Additionally, the course must not have received a "DZ" (due to absenteeism) grade. Students must submit a petition to the Student Affairs Office. Students who failed the course due to absenteeism (DZ) or who were never enrolled in the course cannot take the single course exam.
2. How can I take the make-up exam? What are the conditions?
Make-up exams are conducted only for midterm exams. Students must present a valid excuse, supported by official documentation, and submit a petition to the Student Affairs Office.
3. Can a family member or friend collect my provisional graduation certificate or diploma after graduation?
Yes, but only with a notarized power of attorney.
4. What should I do to apply for course exemption?
If you have transferred from another institution or previously studied in another associate or undergraduate program, you must submit your transcript and a petition for exemption to the Student Affairs Office. (Application must be made within 15 days.)
5. How can I obtain my provisional graduation certificate?
If you have no failed courses, you are eligible to graduate. To receive your provisional certificate, you must complete and submit the disengagement form and return your student ID card to the Student Affairs Office. If your student ID is lost, you must publish a notice in a local newspaper and submit a copy to Student Affairs.
6. How can I obtain my diploma?
You must first fulfill all graduation requirements. If you have not received a provisional certificate before, submit the disengagement form and your student ID to the Student Affairs Office to collect your diploma. If you lost your student ID, publish a notice in a local newspaper and submit it. If you have already received a provisional certificate, you must return it to the Student Affairs Office to obtain your diploma. If the provisional certificate is lost, a newspaper notice must also be submitted.
7. How are summer internships conducted in the program?
Students of the Banking and Insurance associate degree program are required to complete an internship for at least 30 working days during the summer after the spring semester of the first year.
8. I lost my student ID. How can I get a new one?
You can get a new student ID by submitting a petition to the Student Affairs Office.
9. I changed my phone number, and I no longer receive my exam results via SMS. How can I update it?
You can update your phone number through the student information system, under the general information – contact details section, to continue receiving SMS notifications.
10. Can I update my profile picture on the student information system?
Yes, students can upload a new photo via the profile settings section. However, if the photo is deemed inappropriate by Student Affairs, it will be rejected. Only approved photos will appear as profile pictures.
11. Where can I get my gown and cap for the graduation ceremony?
Students participating in the graduation ceremony can receive their cap and gown one week before the event by returning their student ID card to the Student Affairs Office. Students who do not return the gown and cap after the ceremony cannot retrieve their student ID, nor can they receive their provisional certificate or diploma.
12. How can I freeze (defer) my enrollment?
To freeze enrollment, submit a petition to the Student Affairs Office. If the excuse is considered valid, the request will be approved and officially notified.
13. How can I cancel my enrollment?
Submit a petition to the Student Affairs Office to cancel your enrollment.
14. I received a lower grade than expected on an exam. What should I do?
You can appeal your exam grade by submitting a petition to the Student Affairs Office. Your exam paper will be reviewed, and the outcome will be communicated. If an error is found, it will be corrected.
